Village Pizzeria has been serving fantastic thin crust and Sicilian pies in Larchmont since 1997 (the opened their Hollywood location in 2008).
It’s got a 50’s soda shop vibe inside but with limited seating, I would suggest coming here during off hours or on a rainy night. Doesn’t pizza on a rainy night sound pretty awesome?
Prices are decent, service is friendly and the pizzas are the truly delicious. I think Sigfried and Roy and I decided we enjoyed the Sicilian even more than the thin crust. Maybe because it wasn’t too doughy and had a nice crust to it.
This place is most certainly worth the drive from wherever you are. I don’t care if you live in Florida or Nigeria, just get here if you can. And yes, I’m quoting Oleta Adams.
