Kotoya is another strip mall ramen joint in West LA that sells delicious bowls of hot steaming ramen.

My next word was going to be BORING, but it’s not.

Ramen is delicious and I have no problem with new spots popping up on a monthly basis. Bring ’em on! I’ll try them all.

I ordered the Red Ramen with a spicy level of #2 (not that spicy) and the Chashu (pork) was so freaking tasty. The curly noodles were cooked perfectly and the broth was flavorful but not as rich as Tsujita.

The Gyoza were PERFECTION! You have to order these or you’re a complete idiot missing out on the finer things in life. They’re big and plump and crispy all around. Ain’t nothing wrong with that.
