Chinese Broccoli with Crispy Pork

Since I’m a natural sheep, a follower of others, I came to Ruen Pair cuz it’s always on some sort of Top Thai list. I am powerless to ignore those lists.

RP is located in Thai Town (obvi) in the little restaurant strip mall filled with 6 Thai restaurants. Thai Mecca, if you will (and you will).

While on the smaller side compared to the other guys, RP does not disappoint. Every dish was better than the last. Nothing was devoid of intense flavors.

I never even needed any chili paste or hot sauce! Everything was perfectly spiced/sauced.

Chesty said it was her favorite Thai place so far.

And that’s saying something because her list of “Things Chesty Likes” is very short. I’M not even on it.
