Lentil Salad

Lentil Salad

I dined at Bow and Truss with my wonderful writer friend Molly Campbell (her real name) and we had a fabulous time. So there. If you’d like to read any of here musings, simply click HERE if you dare.

What sets this little North Hollywood tapas haunt apart is their intimate and casual yet elegant outdoor courtyard replete with a dirt floor and empty wine barrels. It has a Spanish Hoedown feel to it.

We chose a few selections from their tapas menu and also ordered one of their famous paellas.

Standouts were the lentil salad, the fish tacos and the sopes but we also quite enjoyed the paella as well, even though it wasn’t the best I’ve had.

If I lived nearby, I would certainly visit Bow and Truss again. But since I don’t, I won’t. Sadly, life is too short and there are too many new things to eat.
