Dino’s has several locations scattered about the less than savory parts of town.
It’s essentially crazy cheap chicken dinners, burgers and Mexican food.
And they get an “F” for presentation.
They’re known for their red stained, mildly spiced, vinegary chicken sitting on a greasy pile ‘o French fries.
I preferred the dark meat over the slightly more dry breast and absolutely loved the sauce-soaked fries.
The Pastrami Burger was most certainly thrown together by someone who hated me but don’t let it’s appearance fool you. Despite the cheap bun, cheaper iceberg lettuce and thin burger patty, the overall flavor was delicious and the pastrami (while not plentiful) was surprisingly high quality and super tasty.
Two people can definitely pig out for $6 each, worth the drive from wherever you live.
And if you live next door to one, you probably think I’m as ass for calling your neighborhood unsavory.
Forgive me if our friendship has suffered permanent damage as a result.
