OK. This isn’t a real restaurant. My friend Louise is an expert cook. She can whip up anything and make it look and taste fantastic.

In fact, when I recall my favorite meals I ate in Italy, they were the ones she created from fresh, local ingredients from the grocery store.

For our second night in Kauai, we decided to cook dinner in our condo. We bought an enormous chunk of fresh Ahi tuna at the local run down grocery store and she did her magic and whipped up fish tacos for our dinner.

This fish was fantastic! Review complete.
